Mammadov Faik was born on October 10th 1996 in Ganja. In 2013 graduated from high school #6 in Baku.

Throughout 2013-2017 he attended a Bachelor’s Degree of the International Relations Faculty of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, graduating with honors. Since 2017, he continues his education at the ADA University’s International Relations and Diplomacy graduate program.

Since 2013, he has been working at the Student Youth Organization of the Languages University in the position of the Chair of Faculty, Chairman and Deputy Executive Assistant. In April 2016, Azerbaijan University of Languages elected Faik as the Chairman of the Student Youth Origination and until 2017 he worked in that position.

From October to June 2015, he worked in the Baku European Games Operational Committee as the protocol specialist and later on protocol manager.

In 2015, he worked as Protocol Service Officer in the Organizing Committee of the 27th International Chemistry Olympiad, a specialist in the Protocol Department of the Islamic Solidarity Games Operations Committee in 2017 and a member of the Executive Board of the New Azerbaijan Party in 2016-2017.

In July 2017 he was elected as the member of the 9 member board of the European Youth Card Association General Assembly in Serbia, being the first Azerbaijani and youngest member of the board.

From 2017 to 2018 he was the Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organization’s Union (ASYOU).

From March 2018, he worked as the head of the “Group of 25” at the Baku EXPO 2025 Operations Committee.

He has also been a member of the Permanent Council for Students and Youths under the Ministry of Education since March 2017.
